Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GridOkay website, the templates we sell or give away, and the design, development and maintenance services we provide. By using the website, getting a template or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About GridOkay
GridOkay is an independent design studio that creates website templates for Framer and Webflow and designs and builds custom websites. You can reach us at gridokay.agency@gmail.com.
2. Templates and licenses
Templates are digital products. Your rights to use a template are set out in our License, which forms part of these Terms. Templates are delivered digitally, either as a Framer remix link after a direct purchase or through the Framer Marketplace or Webflow Marketplace.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are shown on each template page. Direct purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, invoices and any applicable sales tax. Marketplace purchases are processed by Framer or Webflow. We never see or store your card details.
4. Refunds
Because templates are digital products delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a template you bought directly doesn’t work as shown in its live demo, contact us within 14 days. We’ll help fix the problem, and if we can’t, we’ll consider a refund. Purchases made on the Framer Marketplace or Webflow Marketplace follow that marketplace’s refund policy.
5. Services
Custom design, development and maintenance work is quoted per project. The scope, price, timeline and payment schedule are agreed in writing before work starts. Prices shown on this website are starting prices, not fixed quotes. Maintenance plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled as agreed in writing.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you provide, such as text, images and logos, and for making sure you have the right to use it. You are also responsible for your Framer or Webflow account and for any hosting, domain or plan fees those platforms charge.
7. Ownership
We own our templates, designs and website content. For custom projects, you own the final website and agreed deliverables once the project has been paid in full. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
8. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse this website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation or using it for unlawful purposes.
9. Third-party platforms
Our templates and services rely on third-party platforms such as Framer, Webflow and Lemon Squeezy. Their availability, features and pricing are controlled by them, and their own terms apply when you use them.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our templates and this website are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep them accurate and working, but we can’t guarantee they will be error-free or meet every requirement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the template or service concerned.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the website or our templates after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
