This Privacy Policy explains how GridOkay (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit gridokay.framer.website, buy or download our templates, or contact us about a project.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to run our studio and serve you:

Information you give us: your name, email address, the service you’re interested in, your budget and the project details you share through our contact form or by email.

Purchase information: when you buy a template directly, our payment provider Lemon Squeezy shares your name, email address, country and order details with us. We never receive your full card details.

Technical information: our website host, Framer, automatically collects basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit, to deliver the website and provide us with aggregated visitor statistics.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

reply to your messages and prepare quotes;

deliver the templates, services and support you’ve asked for;

send order and project-related emails;

understand how our website is used and improve it;

meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

3. Legal bases for processing

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process your information to take steps you request before entering into a contract and to perform a contract (quotes, purchases and services); for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business (support and basic, cookie-free website statistics); on the basis of your consent for Google Analytics cookies; and to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run GridOkay:

Framer, which hosts this website and processes contact form submissions;

Lemon Squeezy, which processes direct template purchases as merchant of record;

the Framer Marketplace and Webflow Marketplace, for purchases made there;

Google, which provides our email service and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics website statistics.

Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Our service providers may store and process information in other countries, including the United States. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and project correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and purchase records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. After that, we delete or anonymise the information.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, email gridokay.agency@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use reputable service providers and limit access to personal information to what’s needed. No method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10. Children

Our website and services are not directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
