Template License

This License explains how you may use GridOkay templates. It applies to templates bought directly from GridOkay through Lemon Squeezy. Templates obtained through the Framer Marketplace or Webflow Marketplace are also covered by that marketplace’s license terms; where the two differ, the marketplace terms apply to that purchase.
1. Single-use license
Each purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template to create one end product: one website for yourself or for one client. You can customise the template as much as you like. To build another website with the same template, buy another license.
2. What you can do
Use the template for personal or commercial projects.
Build a website for a client and hand the finished site over to them.
Change the design, layout, text, images, colours and fonts.
Keep using the finished website for as long as you like. The license doesn’t expire.
3. What you can’t do
Resell, share or give away the template, its files or its remix link, whether modified or not.
Offer the template, or a version of it, in a template marketplace, bundle or collection.
Use the template to build a product that lets other people create websites from it.
Present the original design as your own template.
4. Free templates
Our free templates on the Framer Marketplace can be remixed and used under the Framer Marketplace license terms. The restrictions on reselling and redistributing templates above still apply.
5. Images, fonts and other assets
Images in our live demos are for preview only and may belong to third parties, so replace them with your own before you publish. Fonts are provided by services such as Google Fonts and Fontshare under their own licenses.
6. Updates and support
When we improve a template, the latest version is available from the same place you got it. We provide email support for problems with a template as shown in its live demo. Custom changes and new features are outside standard support.
